在(zai)跌落(luo)式(shi)熔斷(duan)器作業需要注意什么(me)?

跌(die)落(luo)(luo)式(shi)(shi)熔斷器與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜頭之(zhi)(zhi)間作業的(de)(de)安全(quan)措施有(you)哪些?交流(liu)跌(die)落(luo)(luo)式(shi)(shi)熔斷器適用于額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為12kV、額定頻率為50Hz和60Hz的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統中,做(zuo)輸配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路及電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)變壓器的(de)(de)短路和過載保護,以及分合(he)額定負(fu)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)之(zhi)(zhi)用。

1)宜加裝(zhuang)過渡(du)聯接設備,使(shi)作業時能(neng)與熔斷器上樁頭有電部分堅持安全(quan)間隔。

2跌落式(shi)熔斷器上樁(zhuang)頭(tou)帶電,需(xu)不才樁(zhuang)頭(tou)新裝、交換(huan)電纜(lan)終端(duan)引(yin)(yin)出線或吊裝、搭接電纜(lan)終端(duan)頭(tou)及引(yin)(yin)出線時,應(ying)運用絕(jue)(jue)緣工具,并選用絕(jue)(jue)緣罩將跌落式熔斷器上(shang)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)頭隔絕,不才樁(zhuang)(zhuang)頭加裝(zhuang)接地線。

3)作業時,作業人(ren)員應站(zhan)在低位,伸(shen)手不得逾越跌落式熔斷(duan)器下樁頭,并設專(zhuan)人監護。

4)阻遏(e)雨天進行以(yi)上作業。

停電操(cao)作(zuo)時,應先拉中(zhong)心相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),后拉兩端(duan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。送電時則先合兩端(duan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),后合中(zhong)心相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。停電時先拉中(zhong)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的原因主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)考慮到中(zhong)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)堵截時的電流要(yao)小(xiao)于邊(bian)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(電路(lu)一部(bu)分負荷轉由兩相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)承擔(dan)),因此電弧小(xiao),對兩端(duan)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)無風險。操(cao)作(zuo)第二相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(邊(bian)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang))跌落式熔(rong)斷器時,電流較大(da),而此刻中相(xiang)已(yi)擺開,另(ling)兩個跌落式熔斷器(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)距較(jiao)遠,可(ke)防止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)弧拉長(chang)構成相(xiang)(xiang)間(jian)短路。遇(yu)到勁(jing)風(feng)時,要(yao)按先拉中(zhong)心相(xiang)(xiang),再拉背風(feng)相(xiang)(xiang),畢(bi)竟拉頂風(feng)相(xiang)(xiang)的次(ci)序進行(xing)停電(dian)(dian)。送(song)電(dian)(dian)時則先合頂風(feng)相(xiang)(xiang),再合背鳳相(xiang)(xiang),畢(bi)竟合中(zhong)心相(xiang)(xiang),這樣可(ke)以防止(zhi)風(feng)吹(chui)電(dian)(dian)弧構成短路。

 

跌落式熔斷器(qi)(qi)是(shi)變壓器(qi)(qi)的一種過電流(liu)保護(hu)設備,具有短路保護(hu)、過載保護(hu)等功(gong)能。

跌落式熔(rong)斷器的組成:

跌落式熔(rong)斷(duan)器由絕緣支(zhi)座(zuo)、動態觸頭、熔(rong)絲管(guan)(guan)三部(bu)分組成。靜觸頭安裝在絕緣支(zhi)座(zuo)兩(liang)端,熔(rong)絲管(guan)(guan)由內層的(de)消弧管(guan)(guan)和外(wai)層的(de)酚醛紙管(guan)(guan)或還氧玻璃纖維(wei)布(bu)管(guan)(guan)組成。

作(zuo)業原理:

拉負荷跌落式(shi)熔斷器增加了彈性輔佐觸(chu)頭及滅弧罩,用(yong)以分(fen)合負荷電流。跌落式熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷器在正常(chang)運(yun)行(xing)時,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)絲管(guan)憑仗熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)絲張緊后構成閉合方位。當(dang)系統(tong)產生缺(que)點(dian)(dian)時,缺(que)點(dian)(dian)電(dian)流(liu)使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)絲活(huo)絡(luo)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷,并行(xing)成電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu),消(xiao)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)管(guan)受(shou)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)火熱,分(fen)解出許多氣體(ti),使管(guan)內構成很高的壓力(li),并沿管(guan)道劇烈縱吹,電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)活(huo)絡(luo)被拉(la)長而暫停。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)絲熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)斷后,下(xia)部靜觸頭失(shi)掉張力(li)而下(xia)翻,使縮緊安排開釋(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)絲管(guan),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)絲管(guan)跌落構成(cheng)明(ming)顯的開(kai)斷方位。當需(xu)求拉(la)負荷時(shi),用絕緣桿擺開(kai)動觸頭(tou),此(ci)刻自動、靜觸頭(tou)仍(reng)然(ran)觸摸(mo),持續用絕緣桿拉(la)動觸頭(tou),輔(fu)佐觸頭(tou)也分隔,在出面(mian)之間產生(sheng)電(dian)弧,電(dian)弧在滅(mie)弧罩狹縫中(zhong)被(bei)拉(la)長,一起(qi)滅(mie)弧罩產生(sheng)氣體,在電(dian)流過零時(shi),將電(dian)弧暫停。
